Our community is open to all. We make all decisions by consensus. We have no identified leader, but have a leadership core group. Members maintain independent financial freedom, and there is no fee to join or to remain a member. Land and common areas are shared equally, as is community-grown food. We are tolerant of the responsible and legal use of alcohol. We respect the personal privacy rights of members, as long as the exercise of those rights does not impact the rights of other members. We support all member's freedom to choose a given lifestyle, as long as that lifestyle does not jeopardize the liberty and safety of other members. We are open to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender members.
