Meeting Description

Who

Welcome anyone who is interested in discussing and exchanging ideas about interesting projects.

Why

This is really a meetup for people who like brainstroming and kicking interesting ideas around prior to choosing some projects that engagese people's committment.

Organized by

"The campus is opposite Tower Gateway Station. Ask for the Holistic Society (our host) meeting at the main entrance. Room 404 is on the fourth Floor."

Details

What should be this meetup about?

It depends on who turns up. But how about the problem of funding pioneering eco-communities?

For the Meetup on Tuesday, march 11th, there was a program uploaded here http://files.meetup.c... but only the organiser and some friends turned up. As a result of such embarrassing lack of interest we have discussed possible changes to the way the membership is approved. I, Janos, have been told that there is no point in having members (keeping meetups going do cost money now) who do not even bother to RSVP, participate via the message board, let alone join, at least every now and then, with others for an evening out.

In the near future this meetup will be amalgamated with our sister meetup, Open Society (please note our our usage --it does not not intend to promote or discuss polyamory, plyandry, polygamy, etc.,-- of this term at http://opensociety.me..., meeting fourth Tuesday of the month (same time and place; see details at http://opensociety.me...) and membership will have some minimum condition attached. These will be specified in a discussion at the May meetup.
